Our corrugated PTC ceramic heating assembly adopts barium titanate ceramic doped with rare earth as core heating medium, paired with corrugated aluminum alloy fin structure manufactured via high-temperature hydraulic lamination. This structured heater integrates heating, heat dissipation and overheat protection into one module. We support customized voltage, power, overall dimension and installation structure for bulk orders. Widely applied in civilian heating appliances and industrial hot air equipment, the product features stable heating performance and long operational lifespan, which can lower clients' after-sales maintenance cost evidently.
We adopt high-temperature ceramic sintering, low-resistance silver paste electrode printing, hydraulic fin lamination, epoxy encapsulation insulation four core processes. Ceramic chips are sintered under precise temperature curve to guarantee consistent resistance; silver paste electrodes reduce contact thermal resistance; hydraulic pressing ensures tight bonding between fins and ceramic chips for efficient heat conduction; epoxy potting strengthens insulation and moisture resistance. Strict in-line testing is conducted after each production procedure to reject defective goods timely.
PTC ceramic material has positive temperature coefficient of resistance: when operating temperature rises to the Curie point, its resistance will surge sharply, automatically cutting down heating power. It will maintain balanced heat output by self-adjusting power without external thermostat. Excess heat will be dissipated through corrugated aluminum fins to surrounding air via convection, realizing stable ambient heating.
