PTC Ceramic Corrugated Heating Element
This corrugated PTC ceramic heating element is designed for stable, fast, and safe electric heating applications. It uses high-performance PTC ceramic chips as the heat-generating core, combined with corrugated aluminum alloy fins to expand the heat dissipation area and improve heat transfer efficiency.
Compared with traditional resistance heating wires, this PTC heating module features automatic constant temperature, lower surface oxidation risk, and built-in overheating protection. Working Principle
The PTC ceramic heating element works based on the positive temperature coefficient effect. When power is supplied, the ceramic chip generates heat and quickly reaches the set temperature range. Once the temperature approaches the Curie point, the resistance increases sharply, which automatically reduces the heating power.
