Our small black head epoxy encapsulated NTC thermistor features a high-sensitivity semiconductor ceramic chip as the core sensing component, sealed with epoxy resin to form a compact black probe. Standard resistance specifications include 5K, 10K, 20K, and 50K with 1% or 2% tolerance options. Equipped with tinned copper lead wire and PVC insulation for easy welding onto PCBA. This temperature sensor is ideal for mass production in small household appliances, providing stable real-time temperature collection within equipment.

Production Technology

Working Principle
NTC thermistors feature a negative temperature coefficient: resistance decreases significantly as temperature rises. The mainboard converts resistance values into temperature readings, then adjusts heating power to prevent overheating or insufficient heating.
