Product Description

This fast-response NTC thermistor probe is designed for air conditioners, refrigerators, dehumidifiers and other HVAC appliances that require accurate and rapid temperature detection. It uses a 10K Ohm NTC thermistor with B-value 3950K and ±1% precision, combined with a 1.5-meter enameled lead wire and anti-aging epoxy coating. The epoxy bead encapsulation protects the sensing chip from moisture, dust and oxidation, while the thin enameled wire ensures fast heat transfer.

In air conditioner systems, this sensor is often used to detect ambient temperature, evaporator temperature, inlet air temperature or coil temperature. In refrigerators, it helps monitor internal compartment temperature and supports compressor control and defrost logic. The fast thermal response allows the control board to adjust cooling capacity in real time, improving energy efficiency and temperature stability.

The small bead size makes it easy to install in narrow spaces inside air conditioners and refrigerators. The lead wire is flexible and can be routed through small openings without affecting assembly. We support customization of wire length, wire diameter, coating type and connector termination according to customer requirements.
