Product Description

This surface mount NTC thermistor is designed for compact electronic circuits where space is limited and fast temperature sensing is required. It adopts a small SMD chip structure with a 50K Ohm nominal resistance at 25°C and a B-value of 3977K. These parameters make it suitable for temperature compensation, overheat protection and thermal monitoring in power supplies, chargers, LED drivers, industrial PCBs and consumer electronics.

The SMD package allows direct mounting on printed circuit boards using standard reflow soldering processes. Its small size helps save layout space, while the ceramic NTC core provides stable resistance characteristics over a wide temperature range.
