Product Overview

Epoxy sealed black head liquid sensing NTC thermistor optimized for water temperature measurement scenarios. Features modified waterproof epoxy material encapsulation to resist long-term moist environments. Available with common resistance values of 10K, 50K, and B-values of 3435/3950 optional.

Custom lead length available with standard 5K, 10K, 20K resistance grades and stable resistance output. Ideal for water heaters, coffee makers, and various liquid temperature sensing applications.

The NTC thermistor features negative temperature coefficient characteristics. When installed on vehicle battery or engine pipelines, the chip resistance value decreases as temperature rises. The ECU converts resistance signals into accurate temperature values. When temperature exceeds safe thresholds, the vehicle control unit triggers power limit or cooling protection functions to prevent overheating damage to batteries and engines.
