This IP67 waterproof NTC temperature sensor is engineered for liquid temperature measurement in demanding environments such as water heaters, boilers, heat pumps, solar water systems and household heating equipment. It combines a high-sensitivity NTC ceramic chip with a rugged stainless steel probe, making it resistant to water ingress, dust, oil and mild corrosion. The sensor converts temperature changes into resistance signals that can be read by control boards, displays or temperature controllers.
The nominal resistance is 100K Ohm at 25°C, with a B-value of 3435K, offering high sensitivity in medium and high temperature measurement scenarios. The stainless steel probe acts as both a protective housing and a thermal conductor, allowing heat to transfer quickly to the internal NTC chip. This structure ensures fast response and stable long-term readings even when installed in hot water pipes, boilers or heat exchangers.
The IP67 sealing grade means the sensor can withstand temporary water immersion and heavy splashing, but it should not be used for permanent deep immersion. The lead wire is made of flexible and aging-resistant material, suitable for connection to heating control systems, display panels or mainboards. We also support customization of probe diameter, length, cable length and connector type for OEM projects.

| Item | Specification |
|---|---|
| Model | NTC-100K-3435-IP67 |
| Nominal Resistance | 100KΩ ±2% |
| B Value (25/85°C) | 3435K ±1% |
| Probe Material | Stainless Steel |
| Protection Grade | IP67 |
| Operating Temperature | -40°C ~ 125°C |
| Cable Type | Custom Silicone / PVC Wire |
| Thermal Time Constant | ≤10s |
| Application | Water Heater, Boiler, Heat Pump |
| Certification | RoHS Compliant |
The main advantage of this sensor is its excellent water resistance and high sensitivity. The stainless steel probe provides strong mechanical protection while ensuring efficient heat conduction. Compared with plastic probes, it is more durable in high-temperature and high-humidity heating systems. It is a reliable choice for both residential and commercial heating equipment manufacturers.
Q1: Can this sensor be used in boiling water? A: It can be used in hot water systems, but long-term exposure to boiling water above 125°C may affect stability. Please check your model and temperature range.
Q2: What is the difference between IP67 and IP68? A: IP67 is suitable for temporary immersion and splashing. IP68 is designed for continuous deep-water immersion.
Q3: Can I change the probe size? A: Yes, we can customize the probe diameter, length, thread type and cable length according to your drawings.
